We will then provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Remember, we cannot accept items returned without prior approval.

  2. Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it right away. If you discover any defects, damage, or if the wrong item was sent, contact us immediately. This allows us to quickly address the problem and find a solution to ensure your satisfaction.

  3. Refunds: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you about the status of your refund.
