If you have any uncertainties about a product's suitability for you, please reach out to us prior to your purchase at info@dinique.ca with your questions or concerns, and we will gladly assist you!
In the rare occurrence that you receive a defective or incorrect product, we urge you to email us at info@dinique.ca within 3 calendar days of receiving your products, providing the following information:
- Order number
- Pictures of the opened package and/or damage
- Pictures of the incorrect item
- Pictures of damaged parts
Please take note of the following:
- If you receive the wrong item, refrain from opening the package and promptly email us with your order number, a picture of the received product, and your phone number for potential contact.
- Used products are ineligible for exchanges or refunds.
- Any intentionally damaged item is ineligible for exchanges or refunds.
- The original shipping fees, once tracking information has been generated, are non-refundable in any form. DINIQUE is not liable for any additional return shipping and handling fees; we only cover the initial shipment charges.
